The seeded runner roped off area has been increased to 5,000 starting positions. Race numbers are assigned from 1 to 5,000 for these runners. The area is strictly reserved for the fastest qualifying runners. Once you have your qualifying time, go ahead and register and reserve your spot!
New this year! Easy Electronic Proof of Qualification!
You can use www.runningjacksonville.com to send in your qualifying information! Search for your results in any given race, then click on your name. If the time in that race was a qualifying time to get you a seeded number, a message will appear saying that you qualify to be a seeded runner in the Gate River Run. You can then fill out your information and click "Submit Qualification." This will automatically send an electronic proof of qualification to us! You will still have to submit a registration form with your information (including your qualifying time and distance) and signed waiver, but we will already have proof of qualification for your seeded number!
To qualify for one of these seeded numbers, you must meet the following requirements:
- Run a qualifying time listed below in the last year:
